Thanks to name, image and likeness, companies and organizations can now engage directly with Penn State student-athletes to help promote and advertise their ventures. To streamline the process for businesses, Boneyard Victor E. has teamed up with The Chamber of Business & Industry of Centre County to provide subscriptions that offer turnkey access to marketing service from Nittany Lion student athletes.

Yes, organizations who subscribe to Boneyard Victor E. can choose to support student-athletes on all teams at Penn State. Boneyard Victor E. will work with you to determine which student-athlete(s) best support the goals of your business and will maximize exposure and return on investment.
Subscribing organizations may request to work with a specific student-athlete, but are not guaranteed to receive that student-athletes services. Because of busy academic and athletic schedules, student-athletes’ ability to engage in NIL activities is often limited. Requests to work with a specific student-athlete will be made on a first subscribed, first offered basis, with higher tier subscribers having priority access.
Official category partner designations (e.g. Snap Custom Pizza – The Official Pizza Of Boneyard Victor E.) are only granted to subscribers of the highest tier, on a first come, first serve basis. All Official Partners of SWH receive additional benefits, including cross promotional opportunities with the collective and Penn State student-athletes.
Organizations can work directly with Boneyard Victor E. to contract with Penn State student-athletes to provide marketing, advertising and other services to enhance their subscription benefits or on a la carte basis. Yes, organizations who subscribe to Boneyard Victor E. can choose to pay their subscriptions monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. Any upfront payment allows a business to lock in and gain immediate access to all benefits for the designated time-period.
Organizations who cancel their subscriptions will receive all benefits owed up-until date of cancellation, but relinquish all time-based benefits not accrued. For example, if a subscriber at the $250 a month level is owed a bi-annual student-athlete on-site, but cancels their subscription two months in, said benefit is relinquished. Organizations must be subscribed for at least two-consecutive months to receive a time-based benefit, or pre-pay their subscription.
